Our Service Department is staffed with eight factory trained technicians ready to answer your questions and address your service needs. Click Service Appointment to schedule your next visit and one of our Representatives in the Business Development Center will contact you to confirm your appointment. For your convenience, we have a courtesy shuttle available to take you to your work, home, or even shopping in the Syracuse area. We also have a limited number of loaner cars available by appointment only.

What Happens After I Schedule an Appointment?

Please use our online form to schedule your next service appointment, or call 315-637-4520. We are standing by to answer your questions and get you in the door as quickly as possible. Upon submitting your information we will:

  • Respond to you promptly via your preferred contact method.
  • Ask any additional questions required to service your vehicle.
  • Confirm your appointment.

Welcome to our Service Department here at Romano Motors / Mercedes-Benz. You can schedule service from this page, view available upgrades for your factory warranty, see news aout our dealership, find service tips and information and view our current specials.


We have also started a new department here at Romano Mercedes-Benz: Business Development Center. This Department is responsible for the scheduling of all service appointments, client follow-up for the Sales and Service Department, keeping our Mercedes-Benz customers informed of any updates, and reminding you of an upcoming appointment. We send out monthly e-mail specials that include Service Tips, Service Clinics, Service coupons, and Sales information on New or Certified Pre-Owned vehicles.
